Lukas Werling 5b21505efd Editor join: Serialize reference as INI
On FreeBSD, the binary serialization doesn't work for IPv4 addresses,
and we never serialize game references as binary anywhere else.

Lukas Werling 0f78e63f02 Add warning for broken runtime join (#1109)
This also fixes the "no runtime join" error appearing for pre-lobby
games, where joining usually works anyways.

Tushar Maheshwari a661eab867 Automatic fixes using clang-tidy for header files
A follow-up on a previous PR GH-41. The discussion in the forum can be
viewed at http://forum.openclonk.org/topic_show.pl?pid=33086.
Run clang-tidy (without auto, pass-by-value and using checks) to fix the
header files not modified in the previous PR.

Summary of the changes:

 - C++11 member initialization.
 - nullptr instead of 0 for pointers.
 - override for functions declared virtual in base class.
 - default trivial special member functions

Tushar Maheshwari 3a4f49ad90 Revisit #includes
Consolidate the include statements scattered across the code in accordance
with the comment in C4Include.h. The advantages are listed in the same
comment.
Furthermore, it follows llvm-include-order which is the logical
extrapolation of the project's style guideline wherever possible
(C4Include.h being the most-frequent exception).

Sven Eberhardt ebda8193ef Replace NULL by nullptr in C++ sources
We don't support pre-C++0x any more, so nullptr should be fine everywhere (except in the plain C source files)

Sven Eberhardt e94c0e38fc Add scenario core field "Mode" (in [Game]) to allow setting game mode independent of goal objects.
To be used by the league so you can properly host race scenarios in the open melee league.

Nicolas Hake 3c625a00dd C4Game: Turn some owned pointers into std::unique_ptr
Using std::unique_ptr instead of raw pointers makes ownership clear and
avoids leaks.

Nicolas Hake 24b54211c5 Drop Min, Max, Swap for std::min, std::max, std::swap
The C++ standard library comes with perfectly fine implementations of
these functions, so there's no point in reimplementing them just for the
hell of it.

Nicolas Hake e0dc30c59a Update copyright notices
As discussed in http://forum.openclonk.org/topic_show.pl?tid=2917, I
have merged all copyright notices into a single file and referenced that
merged file from each source file.

For the updated source files, the timeline has been split into three
parts:
 1. Pre-RWD code (before 2001)
 2. RWD code (2001 through 2009)
 3. OpenClonk code (2009 and later)
All pre-RWD copyright notices have been left intact, as have RWD-era
copyright notices where the file did not have a RedWolf design copyright
notice but only individual author ones. All copyright notices of the
OpenClonk era have been replaced by a single notice ranging from the
first recorded year to the current year (2013). Mape code did not get a
OpenClonk Team copyright notice because it is somewhat separate from the
main OpenClonk codebase and has only been touched by Armin Burgmeier.

Günther Brammer 030c249f87 Draw the paper dialog background separately from the background wallpaper
Drop the paper in the player selection dialog entirely, use transparent
black instead. Adjust the widget sizes in the scenario selection dialog
slightly.

Günther Brammer 5f2f995852 Unify the #include blocks a little bit
One line for C4Include.h, one for the .h corresponding to the .cpp, one
empty line, the other C4* includes, another empty line, external headers.

Günther Brammer a03f849a4f application: Simplify the way startup and game initialization works a bit
The editor now uses the same methods to start a game startup uses. Startup
no longer uses a nested main loop. Without a game running in the editor,
the application is in startup mode.

Günther Brammer 46aa12def4 Merge C4GUI::Resource into C4GraphicsResource
Both classes did the same thing at the same time, with the only difference
that C4GUI::Resource was vaguely more associated with GUI stuff. Some
time ago, C4GUI::Resource could be freed during the game, but not anymore.

This saves some lines of code and one redundant class, but shouldn't change
anything besides progress bar being textured a little earlier during
startup.

Günther Brammer b4e37b070b Change all indentation with spaces to use tabs instead
This is a whitespace-only patch. Hopefully, it'll only affect rarely-changed
parts of the engine, since all regularly maintained pieces should already
use tabs.

Benjamin Herr 09d8c844bc strip entered IP addresses/hostname of whitespace before resolving
It is easy to accidentally paste whitespace along with the actual
connection information into the Play Network Game window's entry.
Fortunately it is also easy for us to handle this by removing that
whitespace before passing the string on.
