Tushar Maheshwari 3a4f49ad90 Revisit #includes
Consolidate the include statements scattered across the code in accordance
with the comment in C4Include.h. The advantages are listed in the same
comment.
Furthermore, it follows llvm-include-order which is the logical
extrapolation of the project's style guideline wherever possible
(C4Include.h being the most-frequent exception).

Sven Eberhardt ebda8193ef Replace NULL by nullptr in C++ sources
We don't support pre-C++0x any more, so nullptr should be fine everywhere (except in the plain C source files)

Nicolas Hake c0befc6ba0 Remove C4RTF
The only use of C4RTF in its final moments was parsing out plain text
from RTF files anyway, so why even go to all the trouble instead of just
storing plain text in the beginning?

Nicolas Hake 24b54211c5 Drop Min, Max, Swap for std::min, std::max, std::swap
The C++ standard library comes with perfectly fine implementations of
these functions, so there's no point in reimplementing them just for the
hell of it.

Sven Eberhardt abab7be591 Added scenario achievements displayed as small symbols beside the scenario name in the startup selection screen.
They can be used e.g. to show that you have finished a scenario on different difficulty levels.

Sven Eberhardt 378bda5546 Added custom scenario parameters (SCENPAR_*).
Can currently only be set in network games in the lobby. In the future, maybe we can find a place somewhere in the scenario selection dialogue.

Nicolas Hake e0dc30c59a Update copyright notices
As discussed in http://forum.openclonk.org/topic_show.pl?tid=2917, I
have merged all copyright notices into a single file and referenced that
merged file from each source file.

For the updated source files, the timeline has been split into three
parts:
 1. Pre-RWD code (before 2001)
 2. RWD code (2001 through 2009)
 3. OpenClonk code (2009 and later)
All pre-RWD copyright notices have been left intact, as have RWD-era
copyright notices where the file did not have a RedWolf design copyright
notice but only individual author ones. All copyright notices of the
OpenClonk era have been replaced by a single notice ranging from the
first recorded year to the current year (2013). Mape code did not get a
OpenClonk Team copyright notice because it is somewhat separate from the
main OpenClonk codebase and has only been touched by Armin Burgmeier.

Nicolas Hake 4ebf67754c Move C4ComponentHost::LoadEx to C4Language
To make C4ComponentHost more reusable, move C4Language dependencies out
of the class.
LoadEx isn't really suited to reside in C4Language, but it's better to
have it there, since all C4Language consumers also use C4ComponentHost;
the reverse isn't true.

Günther Brammer a1589a48b6 Make network lobby command line processing available to the editor and dedi
Most of the processing was already done by C4MessageInput::ProcessInput and
C4MessageInput::ProcessCommand. Simply move the Lobby-only commands there,
too, and make them work without a Lobby MainDlg. This required almost only
cosmetic changes.

This time with more manual checking and using git blame -M -C, so that

Günther Brammer 46aa12def4 Merge C4GUI::Resource into C4GraphicsResource
Both classes did the same thing at the same time, with the only difference
that C4GUI::Resource was vaguely more associated with GUI stuff. Some
time ago, C4GUI::Resource could be freed during the game, but not anymore.

This saves some lines of code and one redundant class, but shouldn't change
anything besides progress bar being textured a little earlier during
startup.

Günther Brammer b4e37b070b Change all indentation with spaces to use tabs instead
This is a whitespace-only patch. Hopefully, it'll only affect rarely-changed
parts of the engine, since all regularly maintained pieces should already
use tabs.
