Engine: Removed all specific line behaviour
...
This can be implemented in C4Script very easily.
Removed OCF_LineConstruct, ObjectComLineConstruction, Defcore LineConnect, Line types, Line related IDs.
Changed LineAttach, is now a property of the object to which the line should be attached.
Updated documentation.
