Chris Morgan af807287ca GetDateFormat() and GetTimeFormat() should check the validity of the ... time/date structure it is processing. Add comments to describe flags behavior. Add support for TIME_FORCE24HOURFORMAT, TIME_NOMINUTESORSECONDS, TIME_NOSECONDS and TIME_NOTIMEMARKER. Add check in GetDateFormatW() for invalid flag combinations.
