Paul Quinn 2305f3c06d Microsoft com vtable compatibility workaround for g++. Basically adds 
an optional 8 bytes padding to COM objects where the RTTI would be.

Split off WINSPOOL into its own directory.

Adrian Thurston 5a09711873 initguid.h should only contain the macro that defines the guids. 
Added olectl.h to guid.c so some needed guids get defined.
Made GUID_NULL an actual guid set to 0,0,0...
