Louis Philippe Gagnon 06057e7aac - Separate application calls to ShowOwnedPopups from Wine calls (in 
EVENT_MapNotify) by introducing an internal function.
- Fix ShowOwnedPopups so it sends messages with the same parameters as
  in Windows.

Alexandre Julliard 42d20f9dca Merged clipboard driver into USER driver. 
Moved all ttydrv source files to dlls/ttydrv.
Load functions pointer for the USER driver from the graphics driver
dll with GetProcAddress.

Stephane Lussier 09be9d0d14 Now the service thread is no more in charge of erasing the background 
of the Window. Service thread is doing the invalidation part, and the
application thread is doing the erasing part. All this has been
implemented using WM_SYNCPAINT message.

Ove Kaaven 7da242dbd5 DirectX-XShm now waits for the X server to finish the previous frame 
before sending another frame down its pipe, avoiding the X server
overload and resulting slowness that used to be.

Ulrich Weigand 7f53c57321 - Do not call XConfigureWindow if SetWindowPos was called due to a 
received ConfigureNotify event (to avoid recursion).
- Use XTranslateCoordinates in EVENT_GetGeometry instead of manually
  walking the tree.
- Set XSizeHint.win_gravity to StaticGravity for managed windows.

Alex Korobka 98447497b7 Rearranged PAINT_RedrawWindow() so that it first recursively updates 
invalid regions and only then starts sending out messages. This should
help with reentrancy during message processing and now it needs just
one (or none) scratch region for all there is to do. Also, small fixes
for SetWindowPos().
