Robert Shearman ebb839733a The PSDispatch PS class factory can manage both typelib marshalled and 
IDispatch, which is NDR marshalled, so we need a wrapper to call the
appropriate CreateProxy or CreateStub function.

Alexandre Julliard ff7795ef4c Don't send an extra signal when waiting for a debug event, just do a 
normal wait.  Return the debug event status directly as return value
of the server call.
