Francois Gouget be3fea546d oleaut32: Add V_RECORD() and V_RECORDINFO() and use them for wine_dbgstr_variant(). 
This fixes the wine_dbgstr_variant() compatibility with non __STDC__
compilers and source code that defines _FORCENAMELESSUNION.

Dimitrie O. Paun 53f9c21fb7 Use angle brackets (<>) rather than quotes ("") for the include 
directives in our .h files. This should avoid some potentially nasty

Marcus Meissner 8ff278d25e Implemented SafeArray{SetIID,GetIID,SetRecordInfo,GetRecordInfo}. 
Added support for FADF_HAVEIID, FADF_RECORD, FADF_HAVEVARTYPE.
Implemented SafeArrayAllocDescriptorEx and SafeArrayGetVarType
correctly.
Fixed second argument of SafeArrayCopyData (it is just SAFEARRAY*).
Changed allocation to include 16 bytes before the SAFEARRAY (to store
IID/VARTYPE/IRecordInfo*).
VARTYPE -> size array was not indexed correctly.
Added lots of testcases for most functionality.
Added IRecordInfo interface definition.

Francois Gouget 9947b68c3e Add the decVal field to VARIANT. 
Fix the VARIANT C layout, i.e. the union/struct names/nesting.
Encapsulate all accesses to VARIANT types with the V_VT and V_UNION
macros.

    submitted that didn't work for dates prior to 1900.
