Peter H. Ganten 988d1c233a - only parse AFM-files, which start with "BeginFontMetrics" 
- use fgetc instead of fgets to cope with AFM-Files with
  Macintosh-Style line-breaks ('\r') in the parser.

Alexandre Julliard 87194855a1 Changed the AFM metrics structure to use an array instead of a linked 
list. This avoids doing two heap allocations for every character, and
reduces the metrics parsing time by approx 25%.
