Adrian Thurston 5a09711873 initguid.h should only contain the macro that defines the guids. 
Added olectl.h to guid.c so some needed guids get defined.
Made GUID_NULL an actual guid set to 0,0,0...

Jiuming Luo 2840d1b7a9 Moved macro DECLARE_HANDLE() (in msacm.h and wtypes.h) to windef.h, 
then deleted the duplicated typedefs (in imm.h and mmsystem.h).
