Moved hrgnUpdate from client to window coordinates, made nonclient
painting depend on the update region, reworked SetWindowPos() and RedrawWindow() to speed up update region calculation, made -desktop work properly, added WM_CANCELMODE here and there, fixed several window activation bugs that crept in since the last time. |

To get coloured output you need to have *ColorDevice set to true
in your PPD, otherwise you'll get greyscale.

Encoding of fonts to ANSI is better, Symbol works again.

Fixed portability. Adapted some code to make it easier to
integrate the DOS subsystem with the DPMI subsystem, made

way. Added support for .COM files. Made int2f DPMI check
fail, to avoid pkunzip crashing in attempting to use DPMI.
Generally moved stuff around a little.
It is now technically possible to load several DOS programs
into the same memory space. Not tested, though.
