Alexandre Julliard cf52644a1c Removed the A/W constants for builtin cursors, icons and resource

Andreas Mohr 349655636b - made the MIDI sequencer error message much better for confused users

- use strerror instead of errno at important places

Bertho Stultiens d1895a776c Built-in dlls now have resources attached via the PE-header like 
normal dlls. This enables the use of the resource API.
