Andreas Mohr 6a96749209 - Add some undocumented ioctl mappings. 
- Correct OpenVxDHandle prototype, document it, have a try at
  returning a Ring 3 handle and make FIXME more verbose.

Alexandre Julliard 3536316a31 New loading scheme for Winelib apps, makes them behave like builtin 
dlls and takes load order into account. Install them in dlldir.
Improved MODULE_GetBinaryType to recognize ELF binaries.
Added a wrapper script to setup the environment when running directly
from inside the source tree.

Alexandre Julliard 9caa71eef4 Redesign of the server communication protocol to allow arbitrary sized 
data to be exchanged.
Split request and reply structures to make backwards compatibility
easier.
Moved many console functions to dlls/kernel, added code page support,
changed a few requests to behave properly with the new protocol.
