Chris Morgan	130289a212	Fix duplicate directories being concatenated to buffer in ... VcpExplain16(). Added a few useful TRACE lines. Enabled a ifdef'ed out call to CopyFile() inside of VCP_CopyFiles() so files are copied to a users directories during an install.	2001-05-07 18:17:19 +00:00
