Francois Gouget c9e9e4339d - The ICOM_CMETHODxxx cause problems because the 'const' changes the 
signature. There's no such thing on Windows anyway (it's a shame) so
  just remove them altogether.
- HeapMinimize returns a void, not a 'void*'
