Marcus Meissner bd7ec9aca5 The last argument to MultiByteToWideChar is wide character count and 
not the buffer size in bytes. Fixed all places where it was wrong.

Francois Gouget 821d4c4645 Fix nativeapi.pm so it knows about AC_HEADER_STAT(). 
Make the error message about unexpected '#ifdef HAVE_XXX' clearer.
Protect sys/stat.h #includes with the corresponding '#ifdef HAVE_XXX'
check.
