Most dlls use libwine_unicode at this point, so there's nothing to
gain by having two separate libraries.

Francois Gouget d927c81bca Parse the command line returned by CommandLineFromMsiDescriptor() to 
extract the application path. Otherwise winemenubuilder ignores the
.lnk file entirely.
