Huw Davies 14743a0f3b SetMenu should always call SetWindowPos whether the window is visible 
or not. However we shouldn't call SWP from CreateWindowEx.
Added a test for this behaviour.

Alexandre Julliard 8fd26b9134 Renamed WIN_GetWndPtr into WIN_GetPtr and added corresponding 
WIN_ReleasePtr. Started using it instead of WIN_FindWndPtr where we
