Huw Davies 82977c1441 GetMetaFile checks both the version and the header size when it tries 
to load a metafile.  Powerpoint XP depends on this.

Troy Rollo f679490990 Don't refuse to process VDMX ratio entries with bCharSet == 0. These 
entries are at least as useful as those with bCharSet == 1. Add
comment containing URL of documentation for VDMX records.

Michael Kaufmann 0dd2910eba - Extended support for BITMAPCOREINFO / BITMAPCOREHEADER structures. 
- Always calculate the location of the color table.
