Use fcntl file locking to ensure exclusion on the server socket and to
better recover from crashes.
Flush the registry before closing the socket to avoid timeouts on the
client side.
Moved get_config_dir functionality to libwine.
A few other optimizations in request processing in the server.
Moved automatically generated request definitions to server.h and
removed include/server/request.h.
