Some Solaris fixes. <resolv.h> needs <arpa/nameser.h>, sig_context.h

needs to define HANDLER_CONTEXT, wctype.h does not like 'wsprintf'
defined, msdos/dpmi.c needs "stackframe.h" too, and multimedia/dsound.c
needs "winuser.h".
