Added all clipper&3d stubs.

Starting ColorKey support.
Fixed trace statement in DirectDrawCreate as formatting wasn't correct.
Changed "return 0;" to "return DD_OK" or "return S_OK" as appropriate.
Added SurfaceEnum dwFlags.
