David Sterba 785073f658 btrfs-progs: crypto: add hash speedtest utility
A simple tool to microbenchmark performance of the hashes. Uses rdtsc
for timing, so works only on x86_64.

 $ make hash-speedtest
 $ ./hash-speedtest [iterations]
