btrfs-progs: Fix automatic prerequisite generation 

Some files don't compile because of insufficient prerequisite.

$ make btrfs
...
    [CC]     btrfs.o
btrfs.c:24:21: fatal error: version.h: No such file or directory

                     ^
compilation terminated.
