btrfs-progs: Refactor block sizes users in btrfs-corrupt-block.c

Convert root->sectorsize/nodesize users in btrfs-corrupt-block.

This provides the basis to further refactor incorrect btrfs_root
parameter to btrfs_fs_info parameter.
